Care and Wellbeing

Mater Dei Catholic College, as a school within the Diocese of Wagga Wagga has a commitment to providing rich pastoral care and wellbeing for all students, staff and parents. The care and wellbeing approaches used in the College seeks to develop the whole person whose academic, pastoral, spiritual and physical being is well formed in the Catholic tradition. The principle of the dignity of the human person who is made in the image and likeness of God is at the heart of all care and wellbeing.

As a nurturing and caring community, the College provides support structures and interventions, along with proactive initiatives aimed at developing positive relationships, resilience and responsibility to support all students from Year 7 to Year 12 as learners.
