What are our College fees?

The total cost of education for a student at Mater Dei Catholic College remains at a level that still sees Catholic Education accessible for the vast majority of those we are called to serve.

Family Discounts

Family discounts for students attending one of the Diocese of Wagga Wagga Catholic Schools are applicable to the Tuition Fee, as follows:

• 1 Child: Full fee
• 2 Children: 20% discount off the second student’s fee
• 3 Children: 50% off the third student’s fee
• 4+ Children: 90% off each subsequent student’s fee

The Catholic Education Diocese of Wagga Wagga (CEDWW) has given all schools in the Diocese a directive regarding payment of school fees. At the start of the year, every family will be invoiced for the full year’s fees. That account will be due and payable in full, 30 days from the date of invoice, unless parents/carers have a School Fee Agreement in place for periodical instalments. The Diocesan School Fee Agreement is a form that all families are required to complete and return to the College at the commencement of the 2024 school year. Completing and returning the School Fee Agreement will limit the number of reminder text messages and letters that are system generated.

Each Fee Payer is required to either pay the fees in full within 30 days of the invoice date or alternatively enter into a regular payment arrangement by returning the completed School Fee Agreement within 30 days of the invoice date.

If requested, a copy of the Diocesan Hardship Application form can be obtained by contacting the Finance Manager Mrs Rebecca King at the College on (02) 6923 8300. The completed application form is then returned directly to the School Fee Liaison Officer at CEDWW, together with pertinent financial documentation to substantiate the claim. CEDWW will then determine whether the application meets the criteria for fee relief and advise the College and the applicant of the outcome.

PLEASE NOTE: Genuine inability to meet the school fees does not exclude access by the child of a family genuinely committed to Catholic faith and practice. The College will always do its best to ensure students of Catholic faith and practice can attend Mater Dei Catholic College.

Please address and queries regarding the payment of fees to Mrs Rebecca King at the College.
